This Bowflex 30Lb Power Rod Replacement is a single rod for home gym equipment that uses power rods. It provides 30lbs of resistance and is made for straightforward replacement.
Power Rod dimensions: 48 1/4" long, 7/8" OD coated rod, and 3/4" OD uncoated rod section that mounts into the box. To replace it, remove the screw from the bottom of the old rod, pull the rod from the rod holder box, then install the new rod using the screw from the original rod.
