Replacement 5lb Power Rod for BowFlex home gym equipment. This single power rod provides 5 pounds of resistance and is made for use on BowFlex systems.
Power Rod dimensions: 48 1/4" long, 9/16" OD coated rod, and 1/2" OD uncoated rod section that mounts into the box.
Replacing the rod is simple: remove the screw from the bottom of the old rod, pull the rod from the holder box, and install the new rod with the screw. The manufacturer recommends replacing the power rods on both sides to keep resistance equal.
