The Sportsmith™ Bi-Color Classic Medicine Ball is a classic training accessory made for a wide range of strength and conditioning exercises. This 18 lbs medicine ball features a textured rubber surface, a solid weighted core, and a Gray and Black bi-color design.
Use it for circles, twists, figure-eights, lunges, squats, and reaches to help build coordination, strength, endurance, leg power, and core stability. It can be used alone or with a partner during training.
