This Startrac fan cable assembly uses a single connector where it plugs in to the fan control board (FCB).
It is important to note that the old version of this cable has two separate connectors where it plugs in to the fan control board, and that version is not compatible with this part. If your current cable has two connectors, it is necessary to replace the FCB at the time of the fan cable assembly.
