The ICG Coach-By-Color Connect Console Kit is a console designed to fit some models of IC bikes by Life Fitness and ICG.
It uses five colored training zones so riders with different fitness levels and goals can train in the same class while still working at the right intensity: White = Super Light, Blue = Light, Green = Moderate, Yellow = Intensive, and Red = Maximum.
