This replacement incline keypad is made for select Life Fitness Integrity treadmills and fits the new style bullhorn kit.
It is the OEM item for this application and fits bullhorns that feature the figure on the bullhorn plastic. This keypad will not replace a keypad that features the figure. The bullhorn kit, 1023394-0001, must be replaced.
