The Sportsmith Premium Olympic Rubber Bumper Plate is a 10lb black Olympic weight plate designed for training use with minimal bounce and high durability.
It measures 445mm in diameter and 26mm in width/thickness, and is made from 100% virgin rubber. The rubber blend is 50% SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), 30% NR (Nitrile Rubber), and 20% BR (Polybutadiene Rubber). It also has a durometer rating of 92, a hooked steel insert that won't pop out, and a weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
Caution: 10 lb plates are not intended to be dropped alone on a barbell. This will damage the plates.
