This Sportsmith flat pulley is designed for use with Kevlar belting and measures 4.5" in diameter.
It features a 1" wide groove for Kevlar belting, a 3/8" diameter mounting hole through the bearing, a 1 1/2" bearing width from side to side of the pulley, and a 1.09" wide flat belt channel. The pulley has a 20,000 psi tensile strength (break point) and the bearing is made of chrome alloy steel. The pulley body is a composite material that is 33% glass reinforced nylon 6/6.
