The Concept2 framelock kit keeps the monorail of your Concept 2 rower securely fastened to the flywheel when it is in the locked position.
Use the lock position whenever the monorail and frame are connected. Unlock it to disconnect the monorail from the flywheel for more compact storage of your unit.
