Schwinn toe cages for bike pedals come as a pair and include attachment hardware to connect to your bike pedals. Pedal straps are sold separately.
The toe cage fits over the toe of your shoe and helps keep your foot from shifting forward during your workout. Your pedal straps feed through the slots in the top of the toe cage.
