This Sportsmith treadmill running belt fits Horizon Fitness 3.2T*, Serial# TM145. It is made with a PVC user-facing surface in Black Diamond and includes impregnated lubrication for lower-maintenance operation.
The belt has a finger-spliced seam, 1 ply construction, and no need to apply lube during belt replacement. The non-directional seam means it can be installed in either direction.
