Restore the rear axle assembly on your Yamaha golf cart with this passenger side axle shaft kit from 10L0l. It is designed for G16, G19, and G22 models from 1996-2008, plus Drive models from 2015-Up.
This complete replacement kit includes 1 x Passenger Side Axle Shaft, 1 x High-Capacity Bearing, 2 x Circlips, 1 x Oil Seal, 1 x Axle Nut, and an Installation Guide. The axle shaft replaces JR1-G6512-00-00, and the bearing/seal kit replaces 2 x Circlip (93420-44805-00), 1 x Bearing (93306-004X5-00), 1 x Oil Seal (93101-24822-00), and 1 x Nut (90185-16833-00).
Built with case-hardened axle splines, Japanese-grade bearings, double-lipped oil seals, and pre-greased bearings, it is made for precision fit and smooth operation. The axle is laser-measured to spline tolerances of ±0.001".
After installation, rotate by hand to verify no gap between the brake hub and axle shaft, smooth rotation without binding, and replace both axle and hub if play exists to prevent spline damage.
