The Proforce® Square Hand Target is a martial arts training target made for punches and kicks. It is designed in a 10.5" square shape with 3" thickness for focused practice.
Built with a vinyl shell, 3" impact resistant foam fill padding, and nylon web straps, this hand target is made to provide a secure hold during training. Available in Black, Blue, and Red.
