The Standard Chess Set Combination from The House Of Staunton includes everything needed for practice, study, and tournament-style play.
It features single weighted regulation plastic chess pieces in a traditional Staunton pattern, including a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter. The complete 34-piece set includes two additional queens for pawn promotion, and the pieces are manufactured out of plastic to withstand tough abuse.
The set also includes a vinyl tournament chessboard with 2.25" squares and rank and file labels on all four sides, making it ideal for beginners. The board is made from high-grade vinyl, resists dirt, tearing, and spills, and rolls up into a tight tube-shape for easy transport.
A standard chess bag is included as well. It measures 12" x 9", has an easy-to-open/close zipper, holds all of your chess pieces and other small items, and includes a protective sleeve for the rolled board. Browse chess board storage options or pair it with more chess pieces.
