The pieces feature a traditional Staunton pattern, a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter, and a complete set of 34 pieces with two additional queens for pawn promotion. The board has 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, and is made of high-grade silicone that will always lie flat.
The included 17" x 12" Superior Chess Bag has an easy-to-open/close zipper, a protective sleeve for the rolled board, and enough room for your chess pieces, chess clocks, scorebooks, and other items. It is made of high-grade vinyl to resist dirt, tearing, and spills.
