This Superior Chess Set Combination includes single weighted regulation plastic chess pieces, a thin mousepad style tournament chessboard, and a Superior Chess Bag for transport and storage.
The pieces feature a traditional Staunton pattern, a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter, and a complete set of 34 pieces with two additional queens for pawn promotion. The pieces are manufactured out of plastic and are meant to withstand the toughest abuse.
The thin mousepad style tournament chessboard has 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, a light weight design, a non-slip rubberized underside, and a surface that is guaranteed to lie flat, will not crease, and is completely washable. The Superior Chess Bag measures 17" x 12", closes with a zipper, holds chess pieces, chess clocks, scorebooks, and other items, and includes a protective sleeve for the rolled board. It is manufactured out of high-grade vinyl and will resist dirt, tearing and spills.
