This Superior Chess Set Combination includes triple weighted regulation plastic chess pieces, a thin mousepad style tournament chessboard, and a Superior chess bag.
The pieces feature a traditional Staunton pattern, a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter, and a complete set of 34 pieces with two extra queens for pawn promotion. They are manufactured out of plastic and are meant to withstand the toughest abuse.
The board uses 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, a light weight and transportable design, a non-slip rubberized underside, and a surface that is guaranteed to lie flat, will not crease, and is completely washable. The bag measures 17" x 12", has an easy-to-open/close zipper, a protective sleeve for the rolled board, and is made from high-grade vinyl that resists dirt, tearing, and spills.
Color selection indicates the color of both the chess bag and chessboard in this combination set. Exceptions: Red, Purple, and Pink bags would come with a Black board.
