The Selene Collector Series Chess set from The Camaratta Collection is a full-tournament sized set of chess pieces featuring a 4.4" King with a 2.0" diameter base.
Each set is hand carved by master artisans and crafted from the highest grade woods. The chessmen are heavily weighted and finished with embossed English Leather base pads with the Frank Camaratta logo under the Kings, luxurious billiard cloth base pads on the other chess pieces, and a beautiful finish.
This new set includes 34 chessmen, including four Queens, a standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993. It also comes with an Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity and an original manufacturer's plaque with adhesive backing for placement on the underside of a chess box.
