The Competition Series Chess Pieces from The House of Staunton feature a 3.75" King with a 1.65" diameter base. These new Chessmen are hand carved by master artisans and crafted from the highest grade woods.
Designed for practical play, each set is heavily weighted and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a beautiful finish. Every set includes 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, following the standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.
