The King's Small Chess Set is a handcrafted wood chess set proudly imported from Europe. It is made from the finest sycamore natural and stained wood, with an original design that still has the classic look and feel of a traditional Staunton pattern chess set.
The King and Queen pieces feature crowns made of the opposing wood type for a striking color contrast. The complimentary chess board is designed to give the sycamore natural and stained pieces the right amount of contrast, and it has a rich lacquered finish.
The board includes traditional rank and file labels, folds in half for easy storage, and has two compartments inside for storing each of the chess pieces when not in use. All European Collection Chess Sets are made from renewable plantation wood, making them eco friendly.
