The chessmen feature a 3.25" King with a 1.325" diameter base. Each set includes 34 Chessmen, including four Queens. The pieces are hand carved by master artisans, crafted from the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads. Designed by the Maestro, these new chessmen are made for practical play with a refined wooden look.
The board is a Wooden Tournament Mahogany / Maple Chessboard with 1.75" Squares, Mahogany (dark) and Maple (light) squares, a Mahogany frame, 0.5" thickness, a satin finish, and the House of Staunton logo silkscreened on the H1 square. The Classic Slide Top Box is lined in green velour, divided, and ideal for a full tournament-sized set of Chessmen.
