The Marshall Series Analysis Chess Combination pairs the Marshall Series Plastic Chessmen with a Premium Vinyl Analysis Chessboard for practical play and easy game review. The set reflects the turn-of-the-century Staunton pattern inspired by Jaques of London.
The chessmen feature a 2.875" King with a 1.375" diameter base, are heavily weighted, and include felt base pads on the undersides of the chessmen. Each new set includes 34 chessmen, including four Queens. The pieces are made using only the finest, non-lead based materials.
The included board has 1.875" squares, measures 16.875 x 16.875 in, and features algebraic notation on all four sides. It is manufactured out of high-grade vinyl, resists dirt, tearing and spills, and rolls up into a tight tube-shape for easy transport.
