The Superior Grandmaster Chess Set, Box, & Board Combination brings together the Grandmaster Series Chessmen, a superior traditional chessboard, and a slide top storage box in one complete set.
The Chessmen feature a 4.0" King with a 1.625" diameter base. Each set includes 34 Chessmen, including four Queens. The pieces are hand carved by master artisans, crafted from the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads.
The board is an Ebony and Maple Superior Traditional Chessboard with 2.25" squares, a Mahogany frame, 0.5" thickness, a moulded edge, and a satin finish. The Slide Top Box is lined in green velour, divided, and ideal for a full tournament-sized set of Chessmen.
