Garo 1 & 2 Kouga Saejima DVD Double Feature follows Kouga Saejima, a Makai Knight chosen to protect humanity from the dark demonic manifestations known as Horrors.
The story centers on Kouga’s quest to purge the Horrors and his meeting with Kaoru, a young girl he saved from a Horror but who was stained with its demonic blood. By rule, those stained by a Horror’s blood must be cut down or they will die painfully in approximately 100 days, so Kouga tries to find a way to purify her before time runs out. The series also follows Kouga’s developing relationship with Kaoru and his continued stand in protecting humanity after the wishes of his father, his predecessor as Garo.
