Combined Taijiquan in 48 Forms Part 1 is a DVD featuring Wen-Mei Yu as she performs and explains the first 19 movements of the Combined Taijiquan in 48 Forms.
This 58-minute program was originally taught to her by Master Zhou Yuan Long of Shanghai. The 48 Forms draw movements from the longer 88 Forms and also include elements inherent in the Wu, Wu Jian Quan, Sun, Yang and Chen styles. The now famous international competition compulsory 42 Form was developed from it.
