Set at the end of the Ming Dynasty, the story follows a country in turmoil as the Manchurians prepare to advance on Beijing. Martial arts masters, royal guards, local bandits, and foreign warriors all gather in the city in pursuit of the map of Taizu Emperor Treasure. Yehe Changgong and the Ninja woman Mingyue Xin from Okinawa also join the race, while fighters stay in town disguised as civilians.
