This AC motor controller is a replacement for certain 230V LifeFitness treadmills equipped with an LCD console.
For machines with serial numbers starting "TWT", removal of the JW6 and JW3 jumpers is required. For serial numbers starting "OPT", remove the JW6 jumper. For serial numbers "AST", "TET", and "TEU", remove the JW3 jumper.
