This alternator brush assembly is designed for a Mando Version 1 alternator used on Life Fitness equipment.
It fits a Mando alternator with a commutator diameter of 29/32" (23mm). The brush holder height for this brush is 1/4"(6mm).
Brushes may come packaged with a metal rod that must be removed during installation so the brushes can make contact with the commutator. If the rod is not removed, the machine may short out or do nothing.
