This Schwinn bottom bracket is a 1 7/8" ISIS unit designed for certain Schwinn AC and IC indoor cycling bikes. It uses a round splined shaft that mates to the round splined hole of the crank arm.
The mounting hole diameter in the frame must match the original part at 1 7/8". Because ISIS parts can vary in size, fit depends on matching the same diameter as the factory bottom bracket.
This part is not compatible with Schwinn bikes manufactured 2003 and earlier that use square tapered shafts.
