Cable diameters include nylon coating. Galvanized aircraft grade, lubricated, high carbon steel cable with standard nylon coating. The wire rope without coating is actually 3/16".
1/4" cable is actually 3/16" wire rope coated to 1/4".
Cable has a 4,200lb tensile strength per foot.
Strand construction is 7 x 19.
Cable must be stripped for use with fittings.
