This is a replacement seat back pad for the LifeFitness Activate recumbent model OSR-ALLCX-01.
It measures 10 7/8" tall x 10 3/8" wide and is 2 3/4" thick. The threaded inserts use an M6 x 1.0 thread, and the holes are spaced 7" apart by 5 3/4" apart. See the photos for the hole pattern.
