This Standard Chess Set Combination from The House Of Staunton includes one complete set of Solid Plastic Regulation Plastic Chess Pieces, one Vinyl Tournament Chessboard, and one Standard Chess Bag.
The chess pieces use the traditional Staunton pattern and include a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter. The full set includes 34 pieces, with two additional queens for pawn promotion. The pieces are manufactured out of plastic and are meant to withstand the toughest abuse.
The vinyl board features 2.25" squares and rank and file labels on all four sides, making it ideal for beginners. It rolls up into a tight tube-shape for easy transport, and the high-grade vinyl resists dirt, tearing, and spills.
The Standard Chess Bag measures 12" x 9" and includes an easy-to-open/close zipper plus a protective sleeve for the rolled board. It is large enough to hold all of your chess pieces and other small items.
