The Brown Ambassador Chess Set is a handcrafted and hand-finished wood chess set imported from Europe. Made from sycamore natural and stained wood, it blends artistic detail with practical play.
Its design is an artistic reinterpretation of the vaunted Staunton pattern. Every chess piece and the chess board feature an artistic design that has been hand burnt into the wood by the artisans. The King and Queen pieces also feature crowns made of the opposing wood type for a striking color contrast.
The complimentary chess board has a rich lacquered finish, traditional rank and file labels around the perimeter, and folds in half for easy storage. Inside the board are individual fitted compartments for storing each chess piece when not in use, providing the highest level of protection. All European Collection Chess Sets are made from renewable plantation wood, making them eco friendly.
