The Brown Magnetic Chess Set is a handcrafted, hand-finished chess set imported from Europe. It is made from the finest natural and stained hornbeam wood and uses the traditional Staunton pattern for immediate recognition and play.
Each piece has a large magnet in its base, making the set ideal for play on the go. The complimentary chess board is designed to provide the right amount of contrast for the cherry and birch chess pieces, and it features a rich lacquered finish, traditional rank and file labels, and a folding design for easy storage.
Inside the board, individual fitted compartments help protect and store each chess piece when not in use. All European Collection Chess Sets are made from renewable plantation wood, making them eco friendly.
